Ramon Thomas teaches blogging workshops across South Africa. His pioneering research into the Online Dating industry has positioned him as an expert on the Psychology of Technology. He is the author of two ebooks: Parent's Guide to MXit and LinkedIn Lessons. Before founding NETucation in 2004, he worked in the Internet and Banking industries in SA, England and United Arab Emirates. He holds a B.Sc degree and will complete a Masters in Information Science in 2009. He is a member of the Computer Society, Internet Society, Science Fiction SA and Toastmasters. He enjoys classic music, poetry, Tai Chi, sketching and salsa.

Ramon Thomas is a regular commentator in the media on the psychology of technology, social media and sometimes dating in the 21st century. He's a speaker, MC, trainer, group coach, poet, artist, writer, blogger, brother, sister and son. The author of numerous ebooks like "Parents Guide to MXit" has him a regular guest on 3Talk, CNBC Africa, 702, Cape Talk and most other media. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Science and currently working on a Masters degree from University of Johannesburg. He's first book, The Psychology of Technology will be published in 2010.
