Raped by The State Conspiracy

A video by Randal Chance - retired Texas Youth Commission Inspector General, that exposes the vast corruption and abuse in TYC by top officials. The state sexual scandal that has reached both of the nations shores and even foreign newspapers. The Texas governor's office and attorney general's office, along with several Texas lawmakers appear also to be involved in the cover- up of this growing scandal. The US Dept of Justice and US Attorney General's office are now involved in this horrid affair. About forty people have now been fired or forced to resign and more are in line for the chopping block.
