Receive email notification

Yes, believe it or not, in addition to obtaining my RSS feed, you can
now also receive email notification of my blog posts.

First of all my experience of the service

Excellent. Easy to set up an account (free or premium), syndicate my feed, generate the HTML code and paste it into my template. Testing it all out worked OK first time - and I can even send out a "Newsflash" on demand. Great idea.
