REG_CROWDER's Channel

REG CROWDER IS A FREELANCE BUSINESS WRITER BASED IN EUROPE.
Reg covers European business, economics and finance with a North American perspective. His principal clients are online business media outlets based in the United States.  Being a Canadian citizen, born in Toronto and later working in Vancouver, he is interested in developing relationships with Canadian online and print media, as well.
He also writes about corporate corruption and the dark side of globalization for the British online publicatiion, "Tax Justice Focus." Reg's work on multinational corporate corruption has been recognized on the web site of the World Bank Instititute, an arm of the World Bank.
Reg is officially accredited as a working journalist by The World Bank, Washington, D.C., and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Paris.  He writes regularly about the London Stock Exchange and London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM), as well as other alternative markets in London and the Channel Islands.
Prior to going freelance full-time, Reg worked as a reporter, editor and publisher for daily and weekly newspapers, and specialized business media, in North America for more than 20 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the College of Journalism & Communications, University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. While attending university, he served as president of the student chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ).  Later, he was a founding member and president of the Greater Jacksonville (Florida) Professional Chapter, Society of Professional Journalists.
