Rescuers Overpower Man on Vatican Dome (AP)

AP - A man believed to have a history of psychiatric problems climbed over a railing and onto the side of the soaring dome of St. Peter's Basilica on Saturday, perching there for several hours before firefighters overpowered him and pulled him to safety.
