Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesian First Lady Ani Yudhoyono has called
on parents in the country to set up "family or neighborhood watches" as
a means to counter the current increase in kidnapping incidents.
"In view of the increasing frequency of kidnappings, I call on all
parents to keep watch over their children more carefully by forming or
initiating family or neighborhood watches," Ani Yudhoyono said before
around 300 parents attending the peak event of World Breast Feeding
Week at the State Palace here on Monday.
