RI minister attends Malaysian independence day reception

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesia`s Coordinating Minister for People`s Welfare Aburizal Bakrie attended a reception marking Malaysia`s 50th anniversary at Sangrilla Hotel here Friday night.
"The issue between Indonesia and Malaysia is over and the legal process (on the manhandling of an Indonesia karate referee in Malaysia) is underway. So, there was no reason not to meet the invitation," Bakrie said after attending the event here Friday night.
