Ricardo's Blog: President Lula offers Air Force planes to help on Air Crisis

In a very unusual move, President Lula is offering eight Armed Forces jets to help cope with the current air crisis, the most severe in the country history.  Over the holiday season, passengers have suffered delays at a whopping 48% of the flights.  The crisis is a result of airlines, airports and air traffic controls being beyond capacity for this holiday season.
