Riggs named most 'Beautiful Bulldog'

Riggs has been crowned the official winner of the 28th Drake Relays Beautiful Bulldog Contest. The pageant kicks off the Drake Relays festivities at Drake University where a bulldog is the mascot. He beat out 50 other bulldogs to get the crown. Riggs is owned by Cordell Miller, of Prairie City, Iowa.

Now, I don't know about the beauty factor, but I know my colleague's mom's dog Baxter is a darn cute bulldog. I vote for him to win the award! How about all you bulldog owners out there? Do you have a photo of your one and only gorgeous dog?

Riggs celebrated by posing for photographers and munching on a doggy bone, leaving crumbs and drool on his throne.
