Rising waters force 200,000 to flee homes in Pennsylvania

A heavy rainstorm that had pounded Washington, D.C., swept across the U.S. Northeast on Wednesday, forcing evacuation of 200,000 people from their homes in northeastern Pennsylvania because of rising water on the Susquehanna River.
