TripCart has all the makings of an innovative travel site that integrates vacation research and planning tools with user generated content, social networking and a great mapping mashup. In my brief review I was impressed with the ease of using the site and collecting stuff that normally has to be gathered from different sites.

I wasn't sure what was newsworthy in this story. News should always be about posting current stuff - new things you've discovered.
