Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX/14) has introduced H.R. 2755 to the House of Representatives:

To abolish the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, and for other purposes.

More information will be available when the text of the bill is posted. Representative Paul introduced presumably identical legislation in 2003 during the 108th Congress, but it failed to make it beyond the committee review phase.
