Row, Row, Row Your Boat, Gently down the….hallway?

This afternoon I was greeted by the joyous sound of my wife on the
other end of the phone ‘politely’ telling me our coat closet was full
of water and it was coming through the walls. Imagine my delight as I
scurried out the door on my way home to who knows what. Maybe the
Easter Water Buffalo had come early with a special surprise of dismal
home owner ‘blessings?’
