Rutgers (Insert New Jersey Accent here) Ain't No Joke
This really heats up the collage football scene big time!
Now this is something you do not hear everyday. The battle of the unbeatens: Rutgers vs. Louisville. And Rutgers stays unbeaten?
Now all of those one loss teams will be screaming that they deserve to play the winner of OSU vs. Michigan (barring both teams do not stumble this weekend and lose to losing teams). The DugOut thinks a playoff is finally in order for the collage football world.
New York always loves a winner. The Scarlet Knights, who hadn't played in a bowl game since 1978 before last year and have never been in first place in the Big East Conference standings this late in the season, are one of four unbeaten teams left in Division I-A. Two of the undefeated teams, No. 1 Ohio State and No. 2 Michigan, play in Columbus, Ohio, on Nov. 18. No. 14 Boise State is the third, but isn't considered a contender for the national title because it plays in the Western Athletic Conference, a non-BCS member.
