Ryde Factory Fire

November 5, 2006 On November 5 at 0433 hours fire crews from Ryde, Rhodes and Gladesville responded to a factory fire at Well Street, Ryde. Crews arrived within five minutes and discovered flames and smoke coming from a derelict factory, upon investigation it was discovered that the fire was confined to the front section of the building and was not a threat to adjoining property.
