January 5, 2007 - TWO of Saddam Hussein's former presidential aides could go to
the gallows this week, even as Iraq's Government scrambles to stem
the uproar over Saddam's execution with the arrest of a guard and
two officials over the filming of his hanging....Iraqi officials acknowledged the hangings were imminent, but
said the execution time would not be publicised.

"The concerns that I expressed just days ago with respect to the fairness and impartiality of Saddam Hussein's trial apply also to these two defendants," Ms Arbour said.
