DEHRADUN: A group of intellectuals, politicians, literary figures and
journalists protested against the execution of former Iraqi president
Saddam Hussein by boycotting American goods. A resolution was passed by the group at a meeting on Wednesday evening,
in which they condemned the US for facilitating the execution of the
Iraqi leader.

"In protest against the murder of Saddam Hussein and the US imperialism, we resolve to boycott American goods," said the one-line resolution.
