Sam and Kono Rice Farm Amputees

Very road-worn here, but happy nonetheless. This is taken at the farm after we filmed a few shots for the video. The two women to my left were soft-spoken and lovely to talk with. The woman who's hand I am holding suggested we put them together for the contrast you see here. It is a bit difficult to discern, but she lost from her knuckles to the tips of her fingers. I couldn't bring myself to ask her story, as the ones I already heard convinced me that some horrors are too hard to repeat.
