Samsung unveils new phones, including World's Thinnest

South Korea's Samsung Electronics (005930.KS) unveiled six new mobile phones on Tuesday, including a model which is 5.9 millimetres thick and claims the title of the world's thinnest phone.

The world's third biggest mobile phone maker, which after several years of rapid growth hit a barrier in 2006 and lost market share, launched three new models in its Ultra II range of very thin phones, as well as three new multimedia models in its Ultra Special range.
