Sandfields youngsters help produce short movie

Tornado Films, a Port Talbot based film company, has been helping youngsters in Sandfields get a real taste for the movie industry.

Its latest production, the Sandfields Story, is part of 4 productions by the company from the First Light Initiative.

First Light fund and inspire the making of short films by young people in the UK, reflecting the diversity of their lives. Over 600 films, enabling over 9,000 young people, aged between five and 18 have been produced allowing youngsters to write, act, shoot and produce their own films, thanks to First Light and its partnerships with filmmakers and organisations.
