Santa's Butt Winter Porter, the beer depicting a Santa on the cover with an exposed butt was banned in Maine just before the holidays because law makers said it was too offensive.

Those decisions were reversed after the state attorney general's office determined that the company probably would win the lawsuit the American Civil Liberties Union filed on its behalf last month.
