Is it the first foreboding of an upswing in the recently talked-up German economy or yet another sign for an economy in decline, as even trash shops have to close down because of the high state quota? I saw this 1-Euro-shop doing a closing down sale with a rebate of 50% in the German Ruhr-area. Big deal.
