Santa Barbara California Has Become A Hub For The Medical Marijuana Community... Recently The International Convention Of Medical Marijuana Was Held At Santa Barbara City College, With The Mayor In Attendance... With At Least Eight Medical Marijuana Co-Op's And Countless Pot Smokers, SB Is Now The Capital Of Medical Marijuana In The World.

Although The State Of California And Santa Barbara County Both Recognise California Senate Bill 420 As The Law, The Federal Govornment Still Considers Marijuana Cultivation And Sales To Be Illegal, And Often Conducts Raids On The Medical Marijuana Co-Op's. Many Times Without Making A Single Arrest, But Rather Siezing All Their Records... In Particular Records Of Who Is Cultivating The Marijuana They Are Selling... This Is An Interesting Law Enforcement Contradiction Between The State Govornment And The Federal Govornment, And Will Surely Be The Cause Of Much Controversy In The Near Future.

There Are Thirteen States With Medical Marijuana Implementation... All The Western States And New Jersey.
