TruemorsHere I am seasoning the beef. It hard to see but I cut little holes into the meat and stuffed the hole with garlic to flavor the meat while it’s cooking. Of course these slabs are headed to the Cast Iron Skillet to be slow cooked in the oven. One more thing, that is beacon on the side. It will be laid on top for extra flavoring.

Just found out about the recall, but I am a guy that eats less beef than most. I think it’s a shame that low bidders can put children at risk for just a few bucks. Also I like my beef well done, the same way mom made it years ago. One more thing I have no food laws so I will mix meats with beacon when given the chance.
