I wonder if, like with digital point-and-shoot cameras and their "shutter" sound effect, electric scooters will eventually come with an engine-noise option? Seriously, though, such a vehicle would be awesome for negotiating intra-city traffic. Meanwhile, there are a few full-fledged electric motorcycles in the design stage.
