Semi-final of 1st Women Arab Championship: Morocco meets Egypt

Moroccan National Women soccer team will play the Egyptian peer on Wednesday afternoon in the semi-final of the 1st edition of Arab Championship in Alexandria, Egypt.

The Moroccan « Atlas Lionesses » team tied up 0-0 in the match with the Algerian team securing their qualification to the semi-final and beating the Lebanese 8-0 sending them out of the competition.

The guest team became an A group leader with 9 points, after the victory over Tunisia with a 2-1 score and over Syria (6-0) and Palestine (9-0).
