Sex History: The U.S., Baby Boomers, and Today

The Chicago Tribune published an AP story by David Crary this morning, titled "Most Americans Have Had Premarital Sex." I already heard a radio report on it, so I'm guessing the piece - and the study on which it focused - will be widely reported (i.e. CNN ran it).

Many with an interest in the Culture Wars will grab ahold of this for its sex education implications, such as the debate over "abstinence only" versus "safe sex." This is touched on in the piece. What interested me, however, were the numbers - gathered by generation - and their historical implications.
