Should NYC legalize it or what?

New York is the city that never sleeps and if you can't sleep then at least you can look out your window, in the West Village, and see the oldest profession at work. The street hospitality workers featured here are men dressed (sort of) as woman. I wonder what percentage of the johns realize this or, better yet, how many "pretend" that they don't know? (and if you know and that's what you're into then that's ok too, i just wish you took care of business in front of your own house) If you're not going to try and stop them from earning outdoors, which doesn't seem to be happening unless people really complain, then why not legalize it?

shouldn't there be some sort of president that if they look the other way after a certain period of time the law is no longer valid? every city paper is filled with escort services... pages of them... and as you show here, hookers brazenly walk the streets... it's preposterous
