Imagine this. A man is charged with murdering someone. He proclaims his innocense all the way up until the second day of trial. The other suspects took plea deals from the Commonwealth Attorney and settled for less time. The remaining suspect is pressured into accepting a plea deal by his own lawyer who had asserted the suspects own innocence throughout. The suspect gives in with threats of loosing his life and comes to find out that the evidence that he was told existed, never did. Now, vital court transcripts have disappeared from the court house and the man's alford plea is virtually concrete because apparently the testimony has disappeared or turned up missing?!?! ---> Here

This is an awsome story that has captured the hearts of many in the Winchester Va area. Come check it out: FREEJEFF
