TruemorsThese are actually two trashcans next to an elevator in the Rayburn building -- one of three buildings where members of US Congress have their offices.The halls were empty, since Congress was on break, so I actually spent a few minutes arranging these cans for the photo. I have no idea what security would have made of this if they had walked by.
