These aerial photos are courtesy CNN but we are still looking for NP members in East LA or in the Riverside area of southern California who may have witnessed this event.
The small Piper Seneca was on approach to the airport when it lost power, and landed on the garage of a home in a residential neighborhood. Three people are reported to have minor injuries.
