Snow Day

Victory Blvd, Travis, Staten Island, NY.

Tried to go to work today... while waiting for the bus, a city snow plow passed by at considerable speed, and then a hundred yards further down the road spun out of control, almost colliding with an oncoming fire truck in the other lane, heading no doubt to an accident on the West Shore Expressway.

When the vehicles that are supposed to be able to handle this weather can't do so, it's not a tough decision for me to change my mind and work from home for the day. Stay safe/warm, everyone!
