Legislators reach the final revision of an indecency law prohibiting people from wearing see-through or revealing outfits. Official said the law is once implemented in the 1970’s when the government is under authoritarian rule that allows police to arrest or fine violating women, to cut men’s long hair, and toss incarcerated people for making unauthorized dances.
