Yes the grand prix in Melbourne finished with the safety car out in last 2laps so who won ?
1st i want to talk about the new kids on the pits the brand new brawn team who three week ago thought there dream was over when honda pulled out only to be saved by Sir Richard Branson.
Branson said: "I have always said I would love for Virgin to be involved in Formula One, and I am thrilled we will be entering this fantastic sport with people as skilled as Ross Brawn and the Brawn GP team. Over the years Virgin has had the great honour of partnering with technical geniuses, and I truly believe Ross Brawn is to Formula One what Burt Ratan is to Virgin Galactic.
"We are confident the car driven by Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello will go from strength to strength this season, and we look forward to a great future working with the Brawn GP team."
Brawn have refused to confirm the length of the deal, other than to simply state they hope it is "for a long time".
The multi-millionaire entrepreneur was linked with taking over the team just a month ago, only for Brawn's rescue plan to bear fruit.
Branson had mentioned at the time he would only move into F1 on two conditions: if the sport cut costs and it became greener.
Explaining his decision, he added: "As you know Bernie Ecclestone has announced new entrants will be able to get into Formula One at a much lower cost.
"That will encourage a lot of new companies to get involved with the sport and make it much more exciting.
"As far as clean fuel is concerned, we have invested quite a considerable sum of money in a company called Geva.

On Saturday the 2 brawn cars shocked most f1 fans by taking p1 and p2 with last years winner lewis hamilton coming in 15th to start his season of at the back of the grid and even his team mate in the other mcclaren was not much better making p14 . Brawn GP couldn't have asked for a better debut nor the 2009 season for a better start as Jenson Button clinched the Australian GP victory while the two men in line to join him on the podium crashed into each other on the penultimate lap.
Button led the way from the starting lights while his team-mate Rubens Barrichello, also starting on the front row, sent three drivers scurring to the pits for repairs and put McLaren's Heikki Kovalainen into retirement.
From there Button continued his charge, keeping Seb Vettel a comfortable four seconds behind as he easily made his way through lap-after-lap. In fact the only time his lead was cut was when the Safety Car came out for Kazuki Nakajima's accident.
