1st ODI Eng vs Nz Live + Full Highlights

The team which had so many popular names now regenerating its form back. Yes you all got it right I am talking of New Zealand which few months back had some popularor impressive names like Flemming, Shane Bond is now on the path of getting its strength from which opppostion Teams feared the most. Stephen Flemming getting retired made a big blow to New Zealand team, His retirement was just obivous after playing 208 matches and scoring more than 8000 runs he now thinks that time is right for the young blood to enter and make a new New Zealand team but Bond's leave just shaked the team.

Bond was a geniue Fast Bowler of New Zealand team and he made New Zealand team Bowling attack much sharper than ever but his Termination of contract with New Zealand Board so as to play ICL made all New Zealand Team shattered and its left to recover back. In 67 ODIs he has taken 125 wickets at the phenomenal average of 19.32 and his departure is as significant as when Richard Hadlee stepped down in 1990. There is much blows to the New Zealand except these two major blows. Craig McMillan has retired and James Franklin is injured, another major blow Vettori may not be fit for the beginning of the series. He rested from the two Twenty20 matches with an ankle injury and is in doubt for the first ODI.With so much going on in NEw Zealand team they can still hope to stand against Englan team as they still have Scott Styris, Brendon McCullum and Peter Fulton which will need to score their share of runs, while Chris Martin and Kyle Mills will lead the bowling attack.Scott Styris taking retirement from Test Career will be looking to put full concentration on ODI ,and this will be needed by New Zealand so as to compete with England in this ODI Series.About bowling Mills has a good ODI record and much will depend on him as they try to cover for Bond. There are many other issue on which New Zealand have to focus, One of it is opening pair ,If the young Auckland batsman Jesse Ryder opens with McCullum, there could be fireworks from the beginning. His Selection made some mixup. If tall goes well New Zealand might have a good chance of winning the series.

Now About England, the team is pretty much balanced just now. From the victory in Twenty20 matches England player are much energtic and are taking this series with more enthuaisment and will going to see a good fireworks from their side too. With Kevin full form as we seen pretty good performance for him in twenty20 matches ,we can assure that the England Middle order wont be in any trouble. Colingwood has full confidence over his bowlers . He said that if it was not their bowlers superb performance we wont have got good wins in both matches . He praised Sidebottom , James Anderson bowling performace and looking quite certain to get same performance for them in coming ODI Series. He told that New Zealand is remaking itself but we cant take them easy as New Zealand can surprise them at any point. So we all hoping for good matches to come.

First ODI is to be held on 9th Feb at Westpac Stadium, Wellington which is quite good ground for a good match to happen. We will able to see some good fireworks with full action in the match . So lets hope series starts with a big boom.
