India gone down in the first test by Australia but their attitude of winning the test is not been hurt anyway , Instead they are Word gmae with Australia now. With 2008 just started , India and Australia are ready for the first battle of 2008 in Sydney. As 2008 started Indian player are ready to take and give good fight to Australia. Zaheer on Monday said that 1st Test was in 2007 and its history and they are waiting eagerly for 2008 to give a good fight in remaining tests in the series. There is one more option in form of Virendra Sehwag but taking him in will risking the test. He hasnt done good in regional level got into the team by the help of Kumble request. Indian team had to decide about this probelm soon or it can prove fatal to them in future.

Lets us look on second test. It is to be played in Sydney on Sydney Cricket Ground where pitch really helps fast bowler the most so Indian Batsmen have to be more mental strong against the Aussie fast bowlers. Australia is the favourite in this test as they are in spectcular performance but if India plays with full strength they might defeat the Australia . We dont know what will happen but we know that the game will be exciting one.

Some interesting fact:

In 2002, when Australia visited India, they are on victory path and in Kolkatta test , it was lookin India will be falling into Follow on but Laxman not only saved Indian but put India into a situationw hich stopped Australia in their victory. It might that History is repeating itself once again. Might India will stop Australia but all thing is still to be discovered and Second test will start from 2nd jan to 6 jan. 2008.

Hi cricker. There have been multiple ID'S registered and used, often in a tag-team approach, by promoters of the sites that some of us believe to be spam promoted via NowPublic. In fact, one was simply copying copyrighted Reuters material and posting it as original work. Sometimes the only way to tell is to research and also note how posting styles change. Of course, this takes time and work to accomplish. That's covered in the Forums discussion I gave you the link for.

Here are two major problems, from my perspective.

1. The headline says that there's a live video. No, there isn't.

2. When you go to their website, you learn from watching a video (and they also tell you that you need to install additional d/load software with one browser) that there is a credit on the video to the ORIGINAL SOURCE.

These videos are from

Anyone can become a member. They have a full copyright notice up. It reads:

"Copyright belongs to SAB:

SAB is the copyright owner of this Site and no portion of this Site,
including but not limited to, the text, images, audio or video,
may be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without SAB's express
written permission, except if indicated herein. Without this permission
constituting a waiver of any of the aforegoing rights, you may download

trademark or other proprietary notices. Modification, reposting or use of

Only SAB, whch is a big sports sponsor, could say if d/loading their video, then posting it on a website filled with ads (commercial purposes?) and then also promoting it on another website (NowPublic) to gain increased access to Castledata's copyrighted video is an infringement. There's not even a notice that the videos come from somewhere else--you have to watch the screen closely to see the brief tag that the original source, Castlelager, puts on the video. Is this usage personal, non-commercial home use (see original source's copyright notice, above) or not?

Frankly, staff needs to be doing this kind of research when there's a continuing major question.

Will all these various forms of cricket spam bring in hits to NowPublic? Yes.

Yes the video is not available on that site... because the match is not started yet.. The video will be availbale when the match starts.

About the videos

The videos are nothing to do with http://www.castlelager.co.za/ . The live video is provided by http://www.sopcast.com. sopcast.com provide free web players to watch video. Other highlight videos from youtube and dipvid. and there is no single ad on that blog.

Keyword SPAM?

Yes those keywords gives good traffic to my post. I want my post read by more visitors. And My posts never mislead them. No false information in my post. They got what they read here.

You may have fallen into the middle of what some consider an ongoing problem; what some consider an issue over the acceptance of spam, and what some don't care about. ;}

You do have original content; I'll give you that.

But your headline says that right now, there's live streaming video, and it seems to imply on NowPublic.

I created it just for this discussion, and it *will* be gone soon. To make things clear, there are no tags.

OK, now someone comes along and says "hey, there's no live video of the space shuttle launch." And then I say "Oh yea, it hasn't happened yet, but when it does, there'll be something."

See my point?

Sopcast is a peer-to-peer service that allows the use of multi-media broadcasting. I watched the video without d/loading Sopcast. It clearly was labelled as originating from the source I cited. Take a look at the screen, right side, right after it starts. It may have been provided via the Sopcast service, but the video itself carries the name of the business that's claiming it as an original source.

So I hope you can see my concern.

However, NowPublic staff has again weighed on in this issue, and I didn't mean to get into it again. I've already had my say in the Forum. If you'll check out that thread in the Forum, you'll get the background.

My view on spam (especially the tons of cricket spam) is the contrarian one, and therefore I usually don't waste much time anymore marking spam. In the end, this website will be shaped by the staff.

The Rose Bowl parade is on, and it's really good this year. Can't go on dashing in during commercials!

. Nice preview about 2nd test
ind vs aus. Like you said in 2002 some miracle happend and india won that series
on their home. But miracles wont happen often. Australia is a better team than
Indians and all other teams.Its hard for india to win this series. This match
expected much from India. If India won this match, this series come into
important. Australia eagerly wait to win this series and make a world record
[Continous win of 16 Test]. Now a days India vs Australia matches are got
attention more than India vs Pakistan.
