It seems as if we are always at war with our bodies. Our weight is always fluctuating and just when we think we are on the way to having the perfect body, something happens and we are back on the scale trying to lose more weight.

This article may be short and sweet but it is a very good subject, one that never stops being discussed and will promote continous feedback. The author should take the advice from nagba and look for more stuff to add to it. In the meantime I would like to tell you how I came to lose weight and gain a nice little figure. It's simple, I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 and had to cut down on sugar, no chocolate, no cakes or biscuits, nothing at all with a high sugar content. I did'nt give up anything else and hey presto six months down the line, the perfect body (perfect for me, that is).
