Adam 'Pacman' Jones Suspended Indefinitely
Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam Jones has been suspended indefinitely without pay after violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. Jones, who used to go by the name of Pacman, will miss at least four games, at which point NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will consider reinstating him.
League officials determined that Pacman had been involved in a fight with a bodyguard that had been hired by the Cowboys to keep an eye on him. Alcohol was believed to have been involved in the incident, which took place at a Dallas hotel on October 8.
The incident was one of many incidents involving the talented but troubled cornerback. Jones joined the Cowboys after being suspended for the entire 2007 season for several violations of the league's personal-conduct policy. Prior to this latest incident, Jones had been arrested six times and been involved in 12 police incidents during his NFL career.

Adam seem serious about changing his behavior for the better and was a very promising addition to the Cowboys defense. His play through the course of the last several games was improving. His poor decision making and an apparent alcohol problem has led to his current demise. It's a shame to see such a talented player waste his abilities.
