The Denver Nuggets big man is taking up mixed martial arts during the NBA lockout. During his interview with Jason Sereno, he starts off talking about how much he is into the sport. Harrington grew up boxing and spends a lot of time in the ring to keep in shape.

Sereno decided to interview Harrington who was working out in Huntington Beach, CA. After a few rudimentary questions, the Harrington and Sereno get into the ring and spar. After a few seconds, Harrington knocks Sereno out with one punch.
