There are media reports that Albert Haynesworth has been accused of sexual assault.

NBC Washington has reported that police are investigating an alleged incident between Albert Haynesworth and a waitress at a the W Hotel in Washington, DC. No charges have been made in connection with the incident.

The NBC Washington report stated that "Subject 1" asked to put his credit card down the waitress's blouse as she walked by with her hands full. A source told NBC Washington that Subject 1 was Albert Haynesworth.

She said that "Subject 1" tried to pay his bill by giving her his credit card, but he asked if it was OK to stick the card in her blouse near her breast area. She nodded her head yes and, according to the report, she said he then placed the card into her blouse gently, sliding the card further into her left side of the blouse and then started to caress her breast.

The name of the alleged victim in the Albert Haynesworth assault has not been made public.

The Washington Redskins defensive end has had his fair share of personal problems. Albert Haynesworth was charged with assault back on February 2 in connection with an alleged road rage incident. Pro Football Talk, however, notes:

Regardless of whether Haynesworth is innocent, a guy who has been such a lightning rod for controversy needs to steer clear of any situation that could result in the making of true or embellished claims.  That said, there’s a chance that the current allegations have been flat-out fabricated.

Haynesworth's agent, Chad Speck, has denied the sexual assault allegations.
