Allison Stokke has been consistently ranked one of the hottest female track-and-female athletes in the world, usually by guys who otherwise know absolutely nothing about track and field.

We noticed that Buzzfeed listed Allison Stokke in a listicle linking her to the 2012 Olympics (20 Hottest Track and Field Babes), but we feel compelled to point something out...

Sorry, guys, but Allison Stokke will not be representing the USA at the London 2012 Olympics.

When Allison Stokke was an 18-year-old high school student (she's 23 now), a video of her at a track meet hit YouTube, and racked up hundreds of thousands of views, and way too many lewd messages on MySpace. She became an internet phenomenon against her will: sports blogs focused on her looks, while Stokke herself worked on her pole vaulting, and went to UC Berkeley.

There is no English-language Wikipedia page for Stokke (it kept getting deleted); however, an Allison Stokke wiki exists in Finnish.
