Almost 200 Football Fans Caught on Tape chasing police after UEFA Cup Final

The UEFA Cup Final, always a tense and exciting event for football fans (soccer for you yanks and some canucks), got a little hairier this year when up to 200 football fans chased officers down after the match.
The entire incident was caught on CCTV footage, which we will be adding shortly as it has been released by Manchester Police.
Police in Manchester have released CCTV images showing up to 200 football fans chasing officers and attacking one of them after the Uefa Cup final.The footage also shows Glasgow Rangers fans tripping up a Greater Manchester police officer and jumping on him after the match with Zenit St Petersburg.
Assistant Chief Constable Justine Curran described the fans as being "like a pack of baying wolves".
The Scottish Conservatives said using riot police was an "overreaction".
They have demanded an inquiry into the policing operation.

Rob Walker, this is good stuff. I like how fanatic Europe can get about its football, worse than our Hockey.

I didn't see much of the rumbunctious behaviour but the scene was left more like a landfill site than a public space.
