Both the Bryan brothers and the William's sisters, from the USA, have taken their respective titles in Australian Open Doubles. For the Bryan brothers, this is their seventh Grand Slam title with a win over Mahesh Bhupathi and Mark Knowles 2-6, 7-5, 6-0. 

For the William sisters this is their their eighth Grand Slam women's doubles title with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Daniela Hantuchova of Slovakia and Japan's Ai Sugiyama.
