Men's Aerials favourite Anton Kushnir crashed out of the Olympics last night with a bad landing, Kushnir, the World Cup leader finished the first round in first place, but with the second jump his ski came off and fell to the bottom.

The twelve qualifiers through to the final are:

VANCOUVER // A bad landing and a lost ski dashed the Olympic dreams of Anton Kushnir, the Belarusian skier widely favoured to win the men’s freestyle aerials, after he crashed on Monday and failed to qualify for the finals.

Han Xiaopeng, the defending champion but considered a long-shot for a medal in Vancouver, also tumbled on landing on his second jump and dropped below the cut off for tomorrow’s final round.
