Armando, a man with no excuses

Arly Velásquez and Armando Ruiz will be the lone representatives of Mexico at the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Games.
Arly Velazquez Peñaloza age 21 is eager to participate in Paralympic Games for the first time and Juan Armando Ruiz Hernandez age 46 who is a Lawyer with a Masters in Criminal Law will be participating for the second time, being his first time in Torino, Italy.

Los mexicanos Arly Velásquez y Armando Ruiz, serán los dos representantes que estarán en los Juegos Paralímpicos de Invierno 2010, que se realizarán en Vancouver, Canadá, del 12 al 21 de marzo próximo.
