Asterick to be Branded on Barry's Home Run Ball by ABC2 News

The man who bought Barry Bonds' record breaking homerun ball says it will be branded with an asterick, and sent to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.


Fashion designer, Mark Ecko, bought the ball in an online auction for $752,467. Ecko set up a website for fans to vote on the balls fate. They had choices to brand the ball with an asterick, send it to the museum unblemished, or launch it into space.


The asterick won!
