Bears and Vikings set to freeze their asses off
I looked for a picture of TCF Bank Stadium and was shocked. Where’s the roof? Where’s the furnace? Vikings wore bear skins to keep warm. Bears were already equipped. But these two are football teams wearing the emblems without the clothing so to speak.
Watching Big Ten football at this stadium was much earlier in the season.
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine that you are a player on one of these teams; take your pick. Somehow the ball comes to you and a group of big players are rumbling toward you as you run toward the goal line and then someone grabs your ankle and you flatten out with your knee aimed at the icy turf. That knee hits and slides along the blades of turf that have turned to shards of ice. Yeow!
I bet one thing, there will be injuries.
“NFL Betting Advice Says Things Not Looking Good For Reeling Vikings as Bears Loom
Thanks to last week’s dome collapse at the Metrodome, the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings will take to the frozen gridiron at TCF Bank Stadium on the campus of the University of Minnesota for tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup.
My NFL betting advice for this matchup says it really doesn’t matter where these two teams meet – as I suspect the Vikings are going to be in trouble no matter where these two NFC North division rivals meet.”
