On 10 December, in Bermondsey Square, a Christmas tree made out of recycled bicycles will be erected. This is great idea but let's hope the Council doesn't remove it in its next collection.
The 'tree' is being designed by Sarah Wigglesworth Architects, the company responsible for the intriguing cycle parking shed in the square.
