MMA star BJ Penn has become something of a YouTube hit thanks to a video showing him jumping out of a three-foot pool without using his hands. 

BJ Penn posted the pool video to his YouTube channel. The video shows him jumping out of a pool in a single leap without holding on to the edge.

The BJ Penn pool video was reportedly filmed while the UFC star was training in San Clemente, CA with Marv Marinovich, father of former NFL player Todd Marinovich. BJ Penn is currently training for his upcoming bout with Kenny Florian at UFC 101.
