Making her Canadian debut on Tuesday night, Jeanette Lee, better known to the billiard world as The Black Widow, was welcomed by a crowd of close to 100 at Shooters Snooker Club in Scarborough Ontario.

Currently the face of the American/Canadian Poolplayers Association (APA) (CPA) and formerly ranked number one player in the world, Jeanette Lee is recognized by Billiards Digest as one of the sport's most powerful people. She has claimed more than 30 national and international titles during her 14-year professional career, and is on ESPN's list of Sexiest Female Athletes in the World.

"The CPA is a great way for people who may have never played the game to get involved in the sport. The great thing about pool is that anyone can play, regardless of age, gender or athletic ability," Jeanette Lee stated.

The APA/CPA uses a unique handicap scoring system that allows people of different skill levels to compete equally. Hundreds of thousands of members across Canada and the United States compete weekly in 8-Ball and 9-Ball games.

Suffering from scoliosis, a painful disorder where there is an S-shaped curve of the spine, Jeanette has undergone a total of nine surgeries to her back and neck, and is presently the National Spokesperson for The Scoliosis Association. This is incredible considering all Lee has accomplished, especially in a sport where the athlete is constantly bent over.

Being quite the entertainer, The Black Widow put on an amazing show full of tricks and tips, while explaining the importance of being the best you can be.

A few lucky fans won the chance to play 8 & 9-Ball with the champion, and she topped the night off with signing autographs and posing for photos.

This was a night these fans wont soon forget.
